Cognilode manufacturing workflow

Harness RFQ

Turn a rough low-voltage wire-harness request into a supplier-ready handoff. The browser tool identifies missing documentation and complexity instantly; the paid API gives agents and procurement systems the same deterministic result for $0.03 per call via x402.

Enter the job and score it.

What the workflow standardizes

Inputs are normalized into six supplier questions: unit pricing by quantity break, NRE/tooling, material lead time, assembly lead time, first-article timing, and offered quality documentation.

The tool never claims a supplier can build the design and does not invent certifications, safety approvals, or binding quotes.

Agent/API access

Endpoint: POST /api/x402/harness-rfq-score. Unpaid calls return HTTP 402 with x402 payment requirements; successful calls settle $0.03 USDC on Base and return structured JSON.

Business model

The wedge is a paid deterministic RFQ/readiness utility. The expansion path is supplier routing and assembly coordination, charging for automation and transaction value while using existing qualified manufacturers rather than pretending a new factory exists on day one.
