Corporate agent-team challenge

A team-building mission where execution is scored from the work itself.

Mission Circuit is a 60–90 minute browser-delivered team event built around fast coordination, evidence, handoffs, recovery and friendly competition. The Evolution Drill edition can project a mechanical execution score from Cognilode Episode Custody instead of relying only on facilitator opinion.

What teams do

Six kinds of pressure-tested collaboration.

  • Route work under a shared constraint.
  • Choose the strongest evidence of an outcome.
  • Make a clean handoff under a countdown.
  • Change strategy when repeated attempts fail.
  • Coordinate around a scarce shared resource.
  • Close the work cleanly instead of abandoning residue.
Try before booking

The browser demo is live source, not a mockup.

The free six-mission demo randomizes the mission order, scores answers locally and runs without an account. Paid Evolution Drill events add timed rounds, custom content, facilitation and—where the team uses Cognilode's runtime—a read-only Episode Custody drill report.

389 founding-partner roadshow

Make distribution and funding the product’s first operating loop.

The current launch model is adapted from Sunshine Insurance’s founding history: its entrepreneurial team spent roughly 14 months visiting and negotiating with 389 enterprises across 17 Chinese provinces and municipalities to identify prospective investors aligned with its values. Mission Circuit applies the same pattern to a much lighter service business: build a large, diversified prospect pool, screen for teams that genuinely need recurring coordination drills, and ask qualified organizations to prepay an annual service pass rather than financing expansion from speculative traffic.

Target economics: 17 accepted annual partners at $2,400 would produce $40,800 in prepaid gross bookings before delivery costs. The 389 figure is a prospecting target, not a claim that outreach or bookings have already occurred.

Customer-funded launch

Sell recurring delivery before financing the empire.

Mission Circuit reuses existing know-how, keeps a free internal/demo surface, and funds the next iteration from paid corporate use. One-off events remain available, while the Founding Partner pass adds prepaid recurring revenue and a diversified customer base. External acquisition should prioritize destinations with existing corporate-event or operations buyers rather than assuming Cognilode organic traffic will create demand.

Technical boundary

Episode Custody is the instrumentation, not the judge.

The internal episode-custody drill-report <episode_id> command emits the read-only mechanical projection used for the Evolution Drill. Episode lifecycle and convergence stay canonical in Episode Custody; business-value and profit signals remain separate so the event layer cannot rewrite execution history.
