Privacy Policy

A straightforward privacy policy for Cognilode’s website and professional-services conversations.

Effective date: July 17, 2026

What we collect

We collect information you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, company name, repository links, and details you send when discussing potential work.

This public site does not set analytics cookies, use local-storage identifiers, or create browser fingerprints. When you follow an attributed contact link, the site may add the source page or article, selected offer, and public website release identifier to a contact draft. You can review, change, or remove that context before sending. The release identifier describes the public site version; it does not identify you.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide services.
  • To communicate about project status, delivery, and billing.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages and offers lead to legitimate business conversations.
  • To improve our internal processes.

Aggregate website-conversation reporting omits counterparties, message subjects and bodies, and raw conversation identifiers. An attributed or qualified conversation is not reported as revenue, a signed engagement, delivery, or customer acceptance.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We may use service providers, such as email or payment processors, to operate the business, but only as needed.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information shared with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
