Services

Cognilode provides AI, software, data, automation, research, and related technical engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, acceptance boundary, schedule, and commercial terms are agreed per paid engagement.

Pre-engagement evaluation

Cognilode may offer a bounded diagnostic or evaluation before a paid engagement when that option is explicitly presented. An evaluation does not create an ongoing free-service commitment. Any paid continuation, expanded access, production responsibility, or commercial commitment is agreed separately.

Marketplace listings

Cognilode Marketplace provides discovery and listing pages for selected products and services. During the founding seller program, third-party sellers may retain their existing checkout and fulfillment provider. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, Cognilode is not the merchant of record, payment processor, escrow provider, fulfillment provider, tax collector, or refund administrator for a third-party transaction.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, their right to offer the listed product or service, their checkout and fulfillment, customer support, taxes, refunds, licenses, and compliance with applicable law and the terms of any third-party provider they use. Cognilode may review, edit for clarity, decline, suspend, or remove a marketplace listing at its discretion, including where a listing is misleading, unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or no longer buyer-ready.

Founding-program listing fees and Cognilode commissions are currently stated on the seller-program and machine-catalog pages. Those founding terms may change for future listings or future marketplace programs; an existing seller will not owe a newly introduced fee solely because a prior free listing existed unless the seller affirmatively agrees to the new commercial terms.

Client responsibilities

• Provide timely access to repositories, systems, and required information when needed for the work.
• Review consequential production changes and decisions appropriate to your environment.
• Maintain backups and production safeguards appropriate for your environment unless an engagement explicitly assigns those responsibilities elsewhere.
• Use an appropriate secure channel for credentials or highly sensitive information rather than placing secrets in a casual initial message.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per paid engagement. Where applicable, payment may be handled through third-party payment processors. Marketplace listings may route buyers directly to a seller's third-party checkout; that provider's displayed transaction terms govern that checkout unless the listing says otherwise.

Confidentiality

We will treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it except as required to perform the services or as required by law. We can sign an NDA upon request.

Warranty disclaimer

Services and marketplace discovery are provided “as is.” Software and system changes can have unintended effects; production responsibilities and safeguards should be made explicit for consequential work. A marketplace listing is not a guarantee or warranty by Cognilode of a third-party seller or product.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cognilode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the services or marketplace discovery.
